Server name: io.github.CSOAI-ORG/gspc — Council of AI GSPC (deterministic governance measurement over MCP).

Status: already published in the official MCP Registry (registry.modelcontextprotocol.io) at v1.0.1, live remote https://councilof.ai/api/assess, PyPI package csoai 0.2.1, source CSAO-ORG/csoai-static-deploy2.

Test evidence:

• initialize handshake POST to https://councilof.ai/api/assess returns HTTP 200 (application/json).
• Empty/invalid subject fails closed to {"tier":"UNMEASURED"} — never guessed.
• Signed cards verify offline with the published Ed25519 key; verification is model-free.

What it does: measure (run a subject through the frozen GSPC axis set, 13 of 14 measured), verify (offline card check), board (live axis register), lookup (deterministic covered-query answers from the signed corpus). Measurement, not certification.

Correction from the estate (operator account): the source org is CSOAI-ORG (the original request mistyped it as CSAO-ORG), and the board numbers quoted there are dated — the live board reads 22 axes, all measured, via https://councilof.ai/api/gspc (derived, never typed). Current package: PyPI csoai 0.2.2 / npm csoai-gspc-mcp 0.2.1. Measurement, not certification.
