I build RPA and automation software, with a focus on making production automation easier to develop, understand, reuse and maintain.
I'm the creator and independent developer of LiberRPA, an open-source, code-first RPA toolchain for Windows.
Production automation is software. Build it like software.
LiberRPA combines visual process design with ordinary Python, aiming to bring conventional software-engineering practices into RPA development.
The toolchain includes:
- visual Flow Projects with Python-based implementation;
- Windows UI, browser/DOM and image-based automation;
- reusable Components packaged as Python Wheels;
- PEP 440 dependency resolution and exact dependency locking;
- integrated Editor, Project Manager, Snippets Tree and UI Analyzer tooling;
- local execution, runtime diagnostics and structured logging.
Version 0.3.0 is now available.
- RPA and production automation architecture
- Python automation and reusable component design
- Visual workflow and code integration
- Windows UI and browser automation
- Enterprise system and database integration
- OCR and image-based automation
- Developer tooling for automation projects
Before focusing on LiberRPA, I delivered commercial automation projects using UiPath, Encoo and UiBot.
My work has covered business process and requirements analysis, solution design, automation development, reusable components, enterprise integration, testing, deployment, production support, technical documentation and client training.
I'm currently open to full-time RPA, automation and software development opportunities in Australia.
